By creating an account, viewing videos, making a purchase, and downloading and saving documents, or otherwise visiting or using our services and products, you accept this agreement and consent to contract with us electronically.

Suppose you are an entity other than a natural person, the person who registered the account or otherwise used our services and products.  In that case, you must have the authority to bind the entity. In this context, “you” means both the entity and each person who is authorized to access the account.

We may update this agreement by posting a revised version on our website.  By continuing to use our services and products, you accept any revised agreement.

You may create an account to view videos, make a purchase, download and save documents, or otherwise visit or use our services and products. 

You must be at least 18 years old or the applicable age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater, to create an account or otherwise viewing videos, to make a purchase, and downloading and saving documents, or otherwise visiting or using our services and products.

Viewing videos, making a purchase, and downloading and saving documents, or otherwise visiting or using our services and products cannot be used by you for commercial purposes.

By creating an account or by making a purchase, you are responsible for the actions for the use of your account, access, and usage.  You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including unauthorized activity. You must safeguard the confidentiality of your account credentials.  If you are using a computer that others have access to, you must log out of your account after each session.  If you become aware of unauthorized access to your account, you must change your password.

You may not sell, resell, rent, lease, or distribute any aspect of our videos, documents, services, or products to any third party unless authorized by us in writing.

When a subscription ends, the account will also end.

We may publish additional guidelines regarding the treatment of lapsed subscriptions.  These guidelines describe current practices only and shall not require us to provide any level of post-subscription account status.

You may not take any other actions to manipulate, interfere with, or damage our videos or service.  

You may not take any other actions to interfere with, or damage our products on our website.   Manipulation of our documents that you can customize to fit your situation for personal use off our website is authorized.

You may not create or maintain an account if you are a member of a terror or hate group. You may not purchase any goods or services from us if you are (a) located in a country that is subject to a U.S.  Government embargo or has been designated by the U.S. Government as a terrorist-supporting country, or (b) listed on any U.S. Government list of restricted parties.

This Agreement begins when you first purchased a subscription.

If you breach this Agreement, at our option: (a) terminate this Agreement immediately, with or without advance written notice; (b) suspend, delete, or limit access to your account or any content within it; and (c) to the extent permitted by applicable law, retain any amounts payable to you (which you forfeit).

All purchases are final, with no grace period, and no refund.
